30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products. After this period, we may not be able to accept your return.
Eligibility for Returns

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at support@helloalcove.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include all relevant documentation.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Self Serve Return Option
Alternatively, for your convenience, you can initiate your own return using Shopify's user-friendly Self Serve Return option. To begin the process, simply click here and enter the email address you entered at the time of purchase. You'll receive a 6 digit code as a login, then you'll be able to see your order and start the return process. It's very simple and should take no more than 2 minutes:)
Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund within [Insert Number] business days.
